Hudson Baroque is legally incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in the State of New York. Our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is pending (delayed in part due to the government shutdown). The IRS informs us that donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, retroactive to the date of our formation.
We fundraise using Zeffy. You can give through the portal below, or alternatively visit our Zeffy page by clicking HERE. Following your donation, Zeffy automatically provides you with an IRS-compliant tax receipt.
